Learning Disability Policy

• Learning disability care plan is now all-age.
• Adding support from duty worker for community learning disability health teams for advice and support as needed.
• No bed moves overnight or to outlie patients with a learning disability.
• Added Oliver McGowan training changes to ESR from July 2024 and working towards implementation of part two of the training.

Managing Overseas Visitors Policy

• With regards to the EU Settlement Scheme, removed references to people arriving after 6 April 2015 who applied for leave before that date (this is no longer applicable.)

Safeguarding Children Group Policy

• Updated to reflect updated Working Together to Safeguard Children guidance (December 2023).
• New chapter on shared responsibility and collaborative working.
