More shout-outs following last week's weather have been been shared by colleagues.

Cardiac Rehab Team Leader, Clair Jones, said: "A big shout-out to the Community Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure Team for all their hard work and commitment to keeping clinics running and home visits. Thanks very much, it was appreciated by all our patients."

Clinical Educator, Vicki Scurrah, also wanted to share thanks to our clinical teams.

"Shout-out to all the clinical teams who coped with reduced staffing over the last week or so, and were super-thankful to see those of us who came to help out. You were really accommodating, which makes it easier for us to step out of our normal job roles and come to the wards, where we might not know exactly what we're doing! We all worked together and we produced results #TeamCHFT."
