This year’s Portering and Linen Services' annual festive fuddle was bigger than ever! Porters and Linen colleagues celebrated both services, and each other, in a fabulous show of teamwork by cooking and baking for the occasion.

Home baking was provided by one of our Porters, Betty Habtemariam, who provided her native dishes: samosas and onion bhajis. Mince pies, quiches and other sweet treats and dishes were also brought in by other members of staff to complete the feast.  

Portering and Linen Manager, Chan Dhaliwal, expressed her gratitude to both teams, saying: "Thank you to all of you for your hard work over the past year, you are all vital members of the service and the hospital. We couldn’t accomplish what we do without you all. Well done everyone and Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year!"
