Our fabulous team on the Neonatal Unit at CRH stepped up as ever over Christmas, making sure that Santa would visit the babies in their care.

They celebrated with Christmas Eve books and a Santa key, plus gift bags stuffed to the top with a great selection of goodies - books, toys, rattles, bibs, socks, baubles, a teddy, and a selection box for any siblings.

They also followed the tradition of providing a hamper full of goodies to the first baby born on Christmas Day. Here’s Staff Nurse, Amie Nash, with baby Maeve, who was born at 01.26 weighing 6lb 15oz. Congratulations to proud Mummy and Daddy, Lauren and Robert.
