International Women’s Day is on Wednesday 8th March, and we're pleased to say that our face-to-face event returns . The theme this year is Inspire to Grow. 

Our speakers will be our Chair, Helen Hirst, our Chief Nurse, Lindsay Rudge and THIS Managing Director, Rob Birkett.

They will talk about their personal journeys and share tips on how you can take the first steps on your own personal growth pathway. After the event there will be lots of information about the type of activities you can explore to focus on your self development.

• Location: Learning Centre, Sub Basement HRI
